Your personal data is processed for the purposes of carrying out medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, protecting public health, preventive medicine, and planning and managing healthcare services and their financing.
Your data may be shared, within the relevant legal framework, with the Ministry of Health, Social Security Institution (SGK), General Directorate of Security, judicial authorities, your authorised representatives, and partner healthcare institutions and insurance companies with which we have agreements.
Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, and to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately.
