Op. Dr. Fuat Karakaya was born in Istanbul in 1981. He graduated from Trakya University Faculty of Medicine in 2004; and completed his ophthalmology residency training at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 2009. He serves his patients at Birinci Eye Hospital with a wide range of expertise.
